Staff Appreciation Entry
As part of the Gifts for Texans Resident Welcom Program, staff members at participating communities can submit a quick monthly check-in to enter the staff appreciation drawing.
This helps us understand how the welcome kits are being used, what residents are saying, and whether your team needs anything adjusted.
Monthly Staff Giveaway
Staff members at participating communities are eligible to enter the monthly staff appreciation drawing.
Monthly prize: $50 gift giveaway
Entry limit: One entry per staff member per month
Eligibility: Staff at participating properties only
This giveaway is not tied to resident reviews, review count, review ratings, or review content.
Quarterly Staff Appreciation Prize
Each quarter, one participating property team may also be selected for a larger staff appreciation prize, such as a team lunch or group gift.
The quarterly staff prize is designed to recognize teams that are actively participating in the resident welcome program.
